We employ over 30 people to provide gardening, cleaning and ironing services. All our participants get appropriate training and are paid for their jobs.

Families, Friends, Carers and Advocates
At Waverley Helpmates, we believe that families, friends, carers, and advocates have a valuable role in the lives of our participants. We include them in our processes such as Individual Work Plans, meetings and events.
Waverley Helpmates adopts a person-centered approach where participants are provided with an environment where they have a voice. Our Helpmates are empowered and valued through individual goals worked on until achieved, improved, and maintained.
